SUMMARY OF SALAK SEEDS
Material :1. Marrow porridge:
- 100 gr of rice flour
- 2.5 cups of thin coconut milk
- salt to taste
How to:
~ Mix some coconut milk with rice flour and mix well. While cooking the remaining coconut milk over low heat, then add the rice flour mixture. Cook over low heat until it bursts. Lift, pour in a bowl.
2. Salak seeds:
- 100 gr of rice flour
- 50 ml of warm water
- 1/4 tsp salt
How to:
~ Mix rice flour, salt with water little by little until the mixture is not sticky in the hand and can be formed round.
3. Sugar solution:
- 400 ml of water
- 100 grams of brown sugar
- Pandan enough to tie knots
- 1/4 tsp salt
- vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp. Of rice flour dissolve with a little water
- 1 tbsp sticky rice flour dissolves with a little water
How to:
~ Boil the water with brown sugar, salt, pandan leaves. Then strain, then put the balls of zalacca seeds. Leave it to float. Add both a solution of rice flour and sticky rice flour, cook until thickened then lift.
4. Coconut sauce
- ~ 100 ml thick coconut milk
- ~ 1/4 tsp salt
Presentation:
~ Put the marrow porridge in a serving bowl, add the balls of salak seeds to the coconut milk sauce.
