Shrimp Gapit

  •     1 tsp salt
  •     1 tablespoon of Javanese sugar
  •     3 tablespoons of oil

Instructions
  •     Split the bamboo stems but don't tip or don't break.
  •     Smear the shrimp with salt and squeeze the lime. Let stand 15-30 minutes.
  •     Blend the spices with a little oil using a blender.
  •     Then stir-fry the spices until the smell is unpleasant and add the last coconut milk and chill
  •     Add the spices and shrimp. Mix well.
  •     Pinch the shrimp with two pieces of bamboo that have been cleaved. Lock the tip with a stem of papaya leaves or string.
  •     Remaining seasoning mix with butter and stir
  •     Burn over the coals while turning back and smeared with fine spices until cooked and fragrant. Serve it.
