RECIPES OF FUELED BALI CHICKEN SPECIAL BEVERAGES


Material and seasoning:

  •     1 chicken, cut according to taste
  •     2 tablespoons of lime juice
  •     1 tsp salt
  •     5 tbsp oil for frying
  •     6 lbr orange leaves
  •     4 for lemongrass, bruising
  •     3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  •     1 tablespoon of acidic water
  •     200 ml of water


Smoothed:
  •     5 pieces of red chili
  •     3 pieces of red cayenne pepper
  •     5 pcs of shallots
  •     3 garlic cloves
  •     1 tsp shrimp paste cooked
  •     2 cm turmeric
  •     1 cm kencur
  •     4 pecan nuts, roasted
  •     1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  •     1 tsp salt
  •     1 tsp of sugar

HOW TO MAKE SPECIAL FUEL BULK CHICKEN:

  •     Chicken is covered with lime juice and salt. Let stand 15 minutes,
  •     Saute the mashed spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass and orange leaves, stir until wilted,

  •     3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  •     5 red onion grains, finely sliced

  •     1 teaspoon of salt
  •     1 teaspoon of sugar
  •     3 tablespoons of oil to saute

(Heat oil, saute garlic, shallots, and cayenne pepper until fragrant. Add shrimp paste, lemongrass, salt, and sugar. Stir until cooked.
