Samosa with cheese
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes boiled in water or microwave (in a freezer bag or covered with bells, it will cook potatoes)
- A handful of chopped parsley (more flavor in my opinion)
- Cheese is abundant, in Mauritius we use Kraft Cheddar but good Emmental grated will be very good (I tried with Edam and it was delicious)
- Package of brick sheets (rectangular or square to avoid losses if no rounds will be made)
preparation
- Cook the potatoes, then remove the skin.
- In a salad bowl, crush all ingredients together, salt (not too much), pepper and fill ready.
- Cut strips together in brick sheets (take rectangular or square sheets to make your life easier, only at Carrefour I find this format or even in Asian stores).
- Enter a spoonful of filling as shown in the tutorial below and fold it.
