Material:
  • Fat-free cottage cheese - 500 g
  • Strawberries - 350 g
  • Milk 1% - 200 ml
  • Gelatin - 30 g
  • Sweeten to taste



How to cook:
  • 15 grams of gelatin soaked in 50 ml of cold water (juice).
  • That is, prepare jelly berries.
  • The remaining 15 g is soaked in milk for a layer of cottage cheese, then put in a steam bath and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • We take silicone molds, we spread our fruit into it.
  • Fill the berries with jelly ready, and put the silicone mold in the refrigerator - let it freeze.
  • While the jelly hardens, use a blender, shake the curds, sweeteners, milk with gelatin.
  • We got curd cream.
  • When the gelatin in the refrigerator hardens, place our curd cream over the silicone mold and put it again in the refrigerator for final freezing.
  • When it has hardened completely, we put it on the table.
