Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and lightly spray the 9x13 inch pan with a non-stick spray.
- In a large pan, brownish ground beef with medium-high fire. Drain excess fat and return the meat to the pan and medium-low heat. Stir in the salsa and cook until done. Remove from the fire.
- Pour about 1/2 of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Heat tortillas according to the package instructions. Add about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in the middle of each tortilla and add 1 tablespoon of cheese on top. Roll each tortilla tightly and place it on the plate, straighten it down. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle the remaining cheese.
